Back from being sick

Tuesday, January 29th, 2008

First day back training after two hard week of training and getting back into it, I got the flu and now my first day back I’m weak as shit and it sucks I did chest and Bi’s today felt weak at first but I felt a little better toward the end. Now I need to start eating right so if anybody have any tips let me know thanks.

Finally started training again

Friday, January 11th, 2008

My first week back in it I’m sore as hell but feel real good, My quads still hurt from monday’s squat day and yesterday was hams. I still need to do back and shoulders today, so far so good.  Hope to start eating a little cleaner next week and add some exercises to my routine I’m trying to ease into it but still training hard.
