Well everyone knows that with the holiday season comes how can I say this "seasonal trainees" for lack of better words! Everyone knows that at the beginning of the year our workout domains will become infiltrated with people trying to fulfill there New Year’s Resolution some dont have to worry about this because they have there own gyms but for those who don’t should not be bothered by these people look at as an opportunity to help someone to get fit being that our nation is one of the most unhealtiest if not the most unhealthiest. So please comment and tell me how you feel about this would really love to hear everyones input!

So today I started my first day of heavy training and it felt really good I have to break out of my routine of doing the same thing every week so for here on out its something new and different everyday. I started the morning off doing chest and Im going back later today to do biceps. I took some NOxplode before the workout and that shit is amazing I was using SuperPump250 which is really good but I dont think it works as fast as the NO. So Im open to any tips or suggestions. Im about to go load up on some protein and carbs now so Happy Training to everyone out there. "NevaLetUp"
