    well im eating a diet high in protien. I eat some where around 200gm a day. I eat 5 or 6 times a day lmost of which is real food. i only take multivitiams and creatine and whey protien as supplements. I eat peanut butter like its going out of style and drink lots of milk eat yougurt and lots of whole grains. I lift 5 days a week split one body part a day with cardio 3 times a week. i limit red meat but still love it. I hope this is of some help. looks like you dont need much
