I plan on busting my but in the gym to reach my goal of 8% body fat. I will be hard body. I will work out two times a day if I have to.

I want to get my weight down to 210 Ibs and my BMI at 8%. I plan on doing this without any use of supplements. I want to try and get fit the natural way. Then once I get my weight down and my body fat down, I will then put on 10 Ibs of solid muscle. I plan on completing this goal by May 2009. I plan on eatting mainly fruits, vegetables, and some tuna.
