Dang I am soooooo tired!

Just thought I’d blog to let everyone know why I haven’t been on much lately.  The reason is I’ve been working 12 hour days 6 days a week and even worked 7 this past week.  I am so tired I can hardly stand it.  I really hate working these hours but the money is really good.  The bad part is though that I haven’t seen the inside of the gym for weeks.  There is no way I could find the energy to workout after working 12 hours.  NO THANKS!!  And the really crappy part is I’m eating really bad.  McDonalds and crap like that!  Something has to give soon or I’m gonna lose it.  Anyway just thought I’d let ya all know in case anyones interested.

    Oh my gosh, hi stranger!! That sucks about the work schedule… do you HAVE to work that much? :/ I mean, I know the money is good and all, but your health is priceless… thinking good thoughts for you! :)

    Actually I do have to work the 12 hours/6 days a week as it is Manditory right now. Sunday was voluntary but it was double time so I couldn’t turn it down.

    Just think Sammi…. when the work load lightens some…the work ethic will be well in place…and you can gear that energy into your workouts! Now the eating thing you better check….willl have more work to do than you want later….. :)

    Well one thing about working so much is that I burn the stuff off pretty fast but I’m sure it’s not very heart healthy.
