Ok…I do get bored from time to time…
Tuesday, March 11th, 2008Okay. I’ll be honest - I love working out and love the rush of energy I get while doing it. But to be honest, I get bored from time to time, which is extremely frustrating for me. I love lifting and never get bored doing that, I hate doing abs because I hate getting down on the floor and cardio - I have to be in the mood and sometimes, it just becomes so "blah". It doesn’t help that my partner always wants to do the same thing every day - that also is frustrating for me…to the point where I feel like I need to workout on my own, but then again - I enjoy working out with him. Ugh! Anyone have any suggestions to spice up my workouts, primarily abs/cardio?
