am i lifting right?
Thursday, October 11th, 2007hmmm well my diet is good high claories low carbs and high protien so i know i must be eating right ( in bulking off season ) its my first time competing this year and january will be my first show.
when i lift the wieght starts to feel lighter and ill go up in my lifts and still gain absoultley nothing but i know im getting stronger and i still seem to be cutting when im trying to bulk. i find that really wierd not to bulk and just get more definition. i lift 5 days a week and on to ,uscle groups blah blah blah is there something im doing wrong? should i be lifting even more then i am now?
