im getting tired of just the regular creatine monohydrate what can i start stacking ?. it would be my first time doing it im getting ready for a show june 6th 2009 in long island and currently bulking at this time..
if anyone can help that be great!

hmmm well my diet is good high claories low carbs and high protien so i know i must be eating right ( in bulking off season ) its my first time competing this year and january will be my first show.
when i lift the wieght starts to feel lighter and ill go up in my lifts and still gain absoultley nothing but i know im getting stronger and i still seem to be cutting when im trying to bulk. i find that really wierd not to bulk and just get more definition. i lift 5 days a week and on to ,uscle groups blah blah blah is there something im doing wrong? should i be lifting even more then i am now?

mostly i am in need of help with diet idk if i have the right diet or if im not eating enough idk what i should do… so if you could help hears my diet
1. in the morning a bowl of cereal
2. and sandwich and some pasta
3. ( i work at a pizza place ) so ill have 2 pieces when i get there
4. for dinner ill have a chicken sandwich and french fries
