Doctor says I have to take a total of 3 more weeks off before I can lift weights again, guess instead of the bulk I might as well make it a cut since all I am allowed to do is run.
Man the leg workout last night was killer. I did one exercise then 10 min of high intensity on the bike and rotated this 7 times until I finished my workout.
Plates under the heels when your doing squats really work, thanks Jay for the advice.
