lol got an email telling me how i haven’t written a blog in here for awhile. just been heaps busy with work and organizing my studies. but i have still been gyming it everyday with my partner and am still in my bulking phase. was able to have a mad chest workout today, still hurtin as i type this. anyhooo 4 weeks left in this bulk up phase.
yay i dont start work till 10 tomorrow which is a good change from 7 am. so get to sleep in. good bicep work out today and did some cardio on the bikes and skated as well at night.
i just realised that i haven’t written a blog in quite awhile!
had a really hecktik day at work but still managed to have a good work out with my mate today. still taking the horse power creatine and that shit gives you pins and needles, intense stuff! was able to do some cardio as well.
today i was able to 40 minutes of jogging and about 20 minutes of walking. i also trained and worked out my bi’s and did pushups, pull ups, and abdominal exercises.
Worked out chest and abs today, did flys and chest press on flat and on incline and also did some benchpress flat and incline, incline pushups and dips. Worked on my abdominals for about 20 minutes and did crunches, decline crunches, bicycle crunches, exercise ball situps, and leg raises.
