Motivation…
April 14, 2008
I am sitting on my desk chair, breathing heavily. I just got back from my first workout in a long while. I have set out once again to achieve my bodybuilding goal. I am unsteady, shaking, pumped, uneasy, jittery, exhausted, and excited as hell. I just drank my fruity flavored creatine and am watching my arm vein look thick and pumped. I want so badly to be Massive! The only thing standing in my way is time and my brain. I wanted to write this to let myself remember how difficult it was to get through my first workout. I plowed through and worked through my winded breathing. I am out of shape. I will soon be in shape. I will be muscled. I will grow!
The first step in my motivation was to set a goal.
I WILL COMPLETE A 12-WEEK STRENGTH TRAINING PROGRAM
The second step was to do everything in my power to motivate and achieve my goal.
I STARTED A GYM JOURNAL
This will include pictures of myself on a weekly basis to compare my progress. This will also include motivational quotes and pictures of my ideal body. I will also track my nutritional food intake. It will def. include a detailed record of my workouts. I want this to be my bible and to help me learn about what works and what doesn’t. I will be 100% truthful in my journal and include anything I do that isn’t the best eating/lifting decision.
I WILL ACHIEVE MY GOAL.
I WANT TO BE THE BEST ACTOR I CAN POSSIBLY BE!
