					<description>Dude..I feel ya with your blog. I would recommend Muscle and Fitness Magazine. Before to reading it..I lifted with no goals..well other then to satisfy my shallow side. lol. I lifted and lifted and overtrain..cause some injuries that has taken me a few years to recoup from.  

There is a lot of info...out on the web, etc. Sometimes a partner is good..the kick in the pants is needed. But study the sport and know what's expected to grow you chest, arms etc. Then get that partner to get you over the hump.  

As for the equipment. Lots can be done in a small gym or with no weights. Yes I know to gain mass you need heavy weight....I understand the benefits of a gym. lol

Try to YMCA..there might be discounts for college students....ask around school there might be some options.

Don't give up on your dreams...
