The Start…
hey guys…I don’t really understand the point of this blog thing but I might just use it. Today I started a new program that I hope to keep focused on and potentially see some positive results. I plan on lifting Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday. This leaves Wednesday and Sat/Sun as REst days. I am just trying to get a solid routine down so I can start making gains. My motivation as far as this week is that if I can make it through the week and lift the days that I am supposed to and keep my diet up I can buy supps this weekend. I already have a Protien and Creatine Powder that I have started using. I am the least focused person in the world so this should all be a challenge. I really don’t understand enough about Creatine to be using it but I don’t think it will kill me regardless. My overal goals are to bulk up to look good for the summer basically….im shallow what can I say…
