I’m focused on board and talking advantage of every day. I split my workouts up. Cadio in the morning and weight train in the evenings. I hope to see good results by july 4

If hard for us all to make time to get to the gym. So my situation is not unique. I vow to do what it takes to get to where I want to be.
Monday’s are hard because the gym opens at 5am. I have to be at work by 6am in a neighboring city, 1/2 drive. I made it to the gym this morning dressed and ready to go. I got in a good 25 minuets on the treadmill 2.5 miles. Then made it to work on time. "Fortunately I can shower at work"
I work 12 hour days. I still plan to stop by the gym on the way home and work back today. I figure about 20 to 30 minutes so be amble time to get a good work out in.

I"ve been away for a spell. I have’nt been able to get in the gym like I would have like to. Plus my diet has been as strict as I usually keep it. So right now I’m a little afraid to face the scale.
On an up note I’m proud to say wifey is still on track. She’s down another 3 lbs for a total of 25lbs. 42lbs to go!

I’ve been away for a few days, celebrating my born day with wifey. My diet didn’t get to far off track, and I didn’t have the chance to get in the gym for 2 days. It was fun while it lasted. Its back to basics, grinding in the gym & eating right. Thanks for the feed back on the video. I’ll try to do another soon.

I want to thank all those who share their goals and struggles with the rest of us. It doesn’t seem as hard to stay on track when I converse with my bb.com fam. I took my crew out for dessert today at DQ. I usually buy a small blizzard and split it with one of the guys. Today I am proud to say that I bought dessert for everyone except myself. I usually give in to the temptation and or peer pressure. Once again fam thanks for the inspiration

I got up this morning a lil b4 4:30 was out of the house by 5. Made it to the gym for the all dreded leg day. Got in a good workout. Then 30mins of cardio. Then I had to rush to make it to work by 7. I feel good knowing that I"ve a good work out in, that’s 2 for the week. I have to find time for at least one more good session.

I just couldn’t find time for the gym today, and the next few days are going to be chotic. So I’m packing it in early tonight. I’m going to start my day 2 hours early so I can get at least an hour in.
