10 days to goooo

Last night was upper body and 20 mins cardio, this evening was 15 mins HIIT with some plyometrics thrown in

I am so sleep deprived!!!! ahhhh!

    Hey - you are so f-in cute!! Just want you to know that i’m a lil girl too (even smaller - 5?1 and a half) and love to check your blog for inspiration. Great work and love your new leg press max! My ex b/f got a little miffed when I started to lift and soon could out squat and deadlift him - basically I had stronger legs than his matchsticks (he’s a cute singer type). He said that no guys would want to date me. The funny thing is, I know it turned him on and since, every guy I meet loves me having muscle.I think they get turned on when I can wrestle them down with my legs. Anyway, probably too much info for you but I wonder if you’ve had similar experiences, being so petite but so strong? I’ve asked one or two of the other little lifters on the site. Maybe one day i’ll write an article about how all men secretly like strong women. Let me know your experiences if you don’t mind sharing. If not, good luck anyway and keep it up! Maya
