20 mins cardio and core work yesterday, today is 15 minutes of HIIT. I plan to do 20 mins cardio and an upper body session tomorrow.. Still sore from legs OF COURSE
My birthday is on Saturday!!! Tonight I am celebrating… And tomorrow I am celebrating… And the day after I am celebrating… And finally on Sunday I celebrate with my mom
Wine will be involved.
In other news, the changes in my body are amazing.. Places I never expected to slim down like my cheeks and my upper arms (which were never that big, but always soft and I thought that was a lack of muscle rather than much excess fat), the bits of cellulite I had are almost completely gone… I just feel really comfortable, it’s great!
