Bodybuilding is a great sport that help everybody to transform his body n his mind also.There’s something that i want to remind to everyone who wants to compete that Bodybuilding is not only for workout to push,rise n pull weights ; the mind is very important also.Sometimes,Bodybuilding gym outworkers use to think that to become like great champions(Fitness,Bodybuilding,IFbbpro contests for men n women,n so on…)coming from the use of many supplements for dry the bodymuscles n to become very huge by making heavy duty every day,by eating too much without knowing first some requiremnts that mean you will fail if you continue to do like that although you are very strong.In Bodybuilding we want to be in shape everytime to transform our bodies there are many bodybuilders who need to win contests as well;so it’s about to work everybodypart everyday deeply as we can by changeing the number of(sets,reps,weights,barbells,dumbbells,mach ine,n so on…)It’s very important after using barbells to continue to work a definite bodypart by using dumbbells cos this is the ironstuff that can make the difference between some bodybuilders in many contests n championships either.Sometimes injures come from lack of musclars stretchings before training in workout gym.You have to manage well all the joined bones areas like (wrists,elbows,shoulders,ankles,knees,…)to not damage those areas by doing very heavy duty everytime n another consequence is that you will begin to lack too much energy if you continue with your heavy duty everyday in your gym.I am very glad to stay young again eventhough i am gonna to celebrate my birthday tomorrow without my bodyspace bodybuilding friends;it doesn’t matter one day if God allow us to meet together it will be a great day for me n for them that i wish good luck with all their goals.So i just want to give out advice to all bodybuilders:"take the limits off that the favour of God give you the advantage" just to know how to manage all your skills coming from the Almighty God.I trust to much in the word of God n you have to as me as well.

There’s a long time that i haven’t written a new blog entry.I thank the Almighty God so much to give me more strenght to work out everyweek as well as an IFBBpro than before.I swear that if i was born in USA land,i hope that i’ll become the overall bodybuilder champion in the world.I am very disapointed that at my age,i am not yet IFBBpro world champion.Nevertheless,i continue to work out very hard everyweek.I haven’t got available machines to work out all the bodyparts as well as i think,this is why i want to travell to USA land to work out fine there more than in my country.I have lost my video tapes since August month ending,but before november ends i hope that i’ll introduce my pics new version.I think that to become a great champion,someone has to work too much the middleback,chest and quads too much harder and harder everyweek otherwise you will always in some contests number11,12,13 eventhough you are very dry.I used to work my middleback and my chest either two-times a week,if this week i work chest heavy i work my middle back with average weights;the nest week i work the chest with average weights but i will work my middleback heavier than last week.I like to work weighted push-ups for more strenght of my chest and triceps either.

I have seen that,the pushups work 3 time a week make the chest to become dry also make the triceps become bulkiers than before if the sets number you will try to do is near 20 and the reps have to reach (25-40).The work that helps the body to become very dry is to make more reps with light weights until you feel too more pain in the muscles that you are working.I am sure that when i will reach the USA land i will show you that i am not a simple BB worker,but i will show you that i was borned to become a great champion in bodybuilding.

I could have said that i am very ready to go to USA land today,but i got many thing to do again.I know that,many of bodybuilding managers are waiting my pics to see if i am abble to train there,you have to be sure that i’m gonna to show you coming days that i am very ready to train in USA land.So,i am preparing myself to show my different videos and my different pics.For the july month this is what i expect to do everyweek:Monday,i train my chest only,Tuesday i train in the morning my shoulders in afternoon my i work my triceps.On wednesday morning i work my biceps and my traps follow by forearms.Thirsday it’s free.On friday morning i work my quads,hamstrings,glutes;in the evening i work my abs.On saturday,i train my middle back,lats,low back in the morning;in the evening i work my deadlifts seriously.Sonday,i run in something like 8 miles to relax my whole body.I like to make snatch everyday before doing anything cos of my shoulders to be strongers than before,i am not doing that everyweek seriously to avoid injuries.

Hi to allbodybuilders over the world,i just first of all advice them to go ahead by training harder than before.I greet all my bodyspaces’ friends that i am very nice to see them become greatests bodybuilders in many contests over the world,men and women either;i’m gonna to do the samething.I gonna to make 20 sets of crunch on the incline bench and on the flat bench,10 sets of air bike,3sets of barbell side bench(45-60)kg,3sets of gorilla chin to do (30-60)reps with 50s for the break between to sets.Affter all this ,i relax my whole body muscles.I just wanna say something before be on my way back home,to become huge and very muscular i’ve seen that beaf meat,beens,chicken eggs,fish can help me to become stronger if i add on them pinapples,oranges,papayas,apples,pears,etc., energy foods like wheats,rice,patatos,groundnuts,corn.I have to take supplements to blast my energy.Tomorow i will take a break i will back on this computer only on monday by the will of God.

I first begin my workout by warming up with standing barbell military press 1 set of 40kg to make 10 reps,i follow by making 4 seated barbell military shoulders press (50-90)kg to make (4-12)reps,2 sets of weighted snatch (95-105)kg to do (2-8)reps,2 sets of one arm laterals (20-25)kg to do (10-15)reps,2 sets of bent over rear delt raise (20-28)kg to do (10-15)reps,4 sets of smith machine over head shoulder press (50-75)kg to do (6-12)reps,2 sets of standing one arm side lateral raise (20-30)kg to do (10-15)reps.I finish my workout by doing 5 sets of seateddumbbell press (22-30)kg to do (25-40)reps.When i work like this my shoulders become bulkiers than before after (4-6)weeks.

I am preparing to compete and train in USA,this is why i am working harder n harder everyweek.I’m gonna to tell you what i scheduled to do this day.I have to do 5 sets of barbellbench press (90-200)kg with (1-12)reps,i first warm up with light barbell on the bench press 2 sets of (50-60)kg with (10-12)reps;4 sets of decline barbell press of (80-160)kg with (4-12)reps,4 sets of incline dumbbell bench press of (45-75)kg with (4-12)reps 2 sets of butterfly with (40-80)kg with (6-12)reps,4 sets of dips (15-25)reps,3 sets of weighted push-ups of (50-80)kg with (8-15)reps.i finish my work by doing 1 set of push-up (30-45)reps.

today i work my biceps by making curls with barbells 4 sets of 40kg (10-12)reps,3 sets of 48kg (10-12)reps,1 set of 60kg (6-10)reps,1 set of 72kg (2-6)reps,1 set 80kg (1-4)reps,1 set of 88kg (1-4)reps.I continue by doing 2 sets of seated one arm bent over bicep curl 25kg (10-12)reps,1 set of 35kg (10-12)reps,1 set of 42kg (6-10)reps,1 set of 50kg (2-6)reps,1 set of 58kg (1-4)reps,i finish thework of my biceps by doing 1 set of 10kg (50-100)reps.I follow by doing 2 sets of seated palms down barbell wrist curl of 45kg (15-20)reps,2 sets of palms-up barbell wrist overa bench of 50kg (15-20)reps.Hint:when you want to get dry faster your biceps at the end of your workout in doing this exercise,make 3 sets with the dumbbells by working with each hand without making break with 10kg (50-100)reps,you have to be seated with one arm bent over.
