I have seen that,the pushups work 3 time a week make the chest to become dry also make the triceps become bulkiers than before if the sets number you will try to do is near 20 and the reps have to reach (25-40).The work that helps the body to become very dry is to make more reps with light weights until you feel too more pain in the muscles that you are working.I am sure that when i will reach the USA land i will show you that i am not a simple BB worker,but i will show you that i was borned to become a great champion in bodybuilding.
