A Little Glimpse of My Life

All the hard work definitely paid off. I won the title of INBA’s Ms. Figure Olympia on Saturday, Nov 8 in San Francisco. It was my final competition of the year. I had an awesome time meeting and talking with all the other girls, competitors and spectators. Everyoine was so nice. Thank you to the INBA staff. I had the support of my sponsor company All American EFX. Big shout to them at www.AAEFX.com. and my fellow EFXers. And special thanks to Flex Wheeler and Scott Cunningham for their cheers and support at the show. And to Charla Cormier for her support, friendship, and texts throughout the day. Big thanks to those of you who sent messages of well wishes and support throughout the weeks. I’m looking forward to taking some time off to enjoy Thanksgiving and Christmas, and then it’s back at it in preparation for the Arnold Classic………BLESSINGS & LOVE!!    

Exhausted today, but ready to get on stage and compete on Saturday. Did 10 minutes of cardio, and that’s a wrap. One more day to depleat… and then it’s on!! LOL.

Started depleating today for the Natural O on 11/8/08 in San Fran. No biggie…just no salt. Did 15 minutes on the eliptical at 5am and I’ve got 10 minutes to do tomorrow. I’m really hoping to bring home the gold for Team USA in figure.

This is my first blog EVER, which happens to be 3 days before my last figure competition of the ‘08 season (Natural Olympia 11/8/08 in San Fran, CA). I think I will have done about 11 shows this year alone. Needless to say I am about ready for a hiatus before my training commences again for the Arnold Amateur in March 2009. I’ll be back tp let you know how the "O" went…….
