Creatine…. good idea???
So, I am thinking about creatine and taking some. I have been really lifting heavy and feel like this may help with recovery. Is this a good thing for women or not?? And will I be bloated from it or just have fuller muscles…???

Creatine is an excellent thing for you to be doing right now. I begin my morning every day with a teaspoon of it and it really seems to help my muscles recover faster. You’ll want to start out slow on it though - some people suggest creatine loading, it’s not worth it, just take a teaspoon a day and let it build up in your body and your muscles naturally then keep with the teaspoon per day as maintenance.
I hold abotu 3 - 5 lbs of water when I am on creatine, but as soon as I stop the water goes away. I never feel bloated either. Hope this helps.
