I am so disappointed in myself
So, here I sit with Skippy natural peanut butter….stress eating…..how can this be??? Okay, hold on….I am putting the lid away and I think I managed to get away with only an extra 200 calories…tack on an extra 20 minutes of cardio tonight!! Holy moly…. what am I doing? Sometimes I wonder if I want to make myself fail….i was completely clean….no problems, watched my three kids eat doritoes and subs as I sipped water and coffee…. watched them play in a creekbed for two hours…fun! And I reward myself with 200 extra calories to have to burn off…. great….. i have to get this clean eating thing down….or my first show will be in 2010….
On an upside…Did my cardio at 6 am and at 10:30 I had a great back/chest workout even with the pinched nerve in my back. Still little or no feeling in my thumb and first two fingers and mobility is challenging. Been icing and stretching, but still no improvement.
So, today…I have cardio - an hour and eh, ummm 20 minutes and maybe some steamed asparagus (with some small source of protein…) what is wrong with my self control these days??

You might want to make sure that you have some “good” bad food around for when you get these urges and need something special. I recommend using Beverly International’s Ultra Size protein powder, which you can use to make some of the most decadent desserts etc. that you will ever have tasted. They (Beverly International) have recipes on the protein container for making such things as chocolate pudding, chocolate peanut butter mocha pudding, chocolate peanut butter brownies and even chocolate pancakes or crepes. They also have more recipes on their website which you can look at by going to bodybuildingworld.com and they also have a lot of info for NATURAL figure and bodybuilding competitors.
My wife and I swear by their protein and the great stuff you can make with it that uses nothing but their protein and water or milk and maybe a little peanut butter.
Try them out, they have got my wife and I through some tough dieting.

Ya know what??? You work really hard to get to where you’re at so why not reward yourself with a little taste of PB!! It’s good for you anyhow. It’s not like you ate a king size Snickers bar or something. I find the more I deprive myself the harder it is to resist temptation. Don’t be afraid to reward yourself once and a while and I’ll bet the temptations will be less and less.
