Tuesday, May 5th, 2009So six weeks out and a tweek to the diet and cardio routine. The last 4 months have been great for stabilizing my bodyfat and increasing my training. Adding in plyometrics and going hard on legs have really improved my tone and size in my legs. I also gained a half inch in my biceps when I flex! The next six weeks I am changing my diet again as I prep for a photo shoot. Lowering the carbs, increasing cardio a bit and continuing to focus on my training. My focus has been great the last few months and this is where the money is, this is where it counts, the last few weeks. I feel extremely positive and actually excited to see the results. Hopefully I will get to post some photos that really capture what I believe I have been able to accomplish. It’s my story……Peace. J~
