It’s been a year since i started going to the gym, and the results are coming: 10 kg of bodyfat lost and muscular tone greatly improved.
Now I’m 72kg, near the same weight I had back in 2004, but in better shape.
Things I’ll do next week:
·Check my percentage of bodyfat
·Post some pictures of my change
·Order new products to continue training
Yesterday I started a 15-days cycle of L-carnitine, we’ll see if it works.

Well, I must say 2 weeks have gone away without any gym session, as I had too many work to do.
I write this in order to commit myself to return asap, start losing weight again and do my reps.
