Did arms today and killed ‘em.  I did tricep presses for the first time, followed up by quick chest presses.  I see why people do them, I’m gonna make it a staple in my Thursday routines.  Also did a personal high for pull/pushdowns.  Arms are bulgin’, and I’m feelin great.  I did, however, feel slightly queasy after chugging my usual 3 scoops of Universal Torrent…not sure why that is.  It’s going away pretty quickly, though.

Just finished killing my chest today, finally broke 140 lbs on flat bench press (used to only be able to do 110-120).  Just noting that as a personal best =P
