Thursday, April 24th, 2008Did arms today and killed ‘em. I did tricep presses for the first time, followed up by quick chest presses. I see why people do them, I’m gonna make it a staple in my Thursday routines. Also did a personal high for pull/pushdowns. Arms are bulgin’, and I’m feelin great. I did, however, feel slightly queasy after chugging my usual 3 scoops of Universal Torrent…not sure why that is. It’s going away pretty quickly, though.
