Muscletech- week 1
Thursday, May 22nd, 2008Main goal: Cut down to about 6% body fat while maintaining lean muscle.
Products: Aplodan, Anator P-70, Arson, Creadex
Schedule:
Morning: 1 serving Aplodan, 1 serving Arson, 1 serving creadex
Pre workout: 1 serving aplodan
Post workout: 1 serving anator P-70
Afternoon: 1 serving arson, 1 serving aplodan
Comments:
Arson: Took full dose on third day and felt a tad over stimulated, my own fault for not dosing onto it as recommended. Other than that it seems to work well, good energy pills are easy enough to swallow.
Aplodan: I like the silvery shinny pill but it’s really sweet tasting, which is odd but not unpleasant. Haven’t noticed anything specifically regarding this product but I am still on the “loading” phase.
Creadex: Again a strange, sweet tasting pill. Have not noticed anything specific from this product but I am cutting the serving in half as I am taking the Anator post workout instead of this. Also have not noticed any stomach discomfort from this product, which is good!
Anator P-70: I am pretty excited about this product. I was a little skeptical at first but so far I have really enjoyed this product as a post workout. Not only does it taste good, but I feel very little or no bloating and/or stomach discomfort from it, which is common among a good majority of the post workout products I have taken in the past.
I can not wait to see the results I get in the coming weeks and months!
