here is my new goal 25 reps 1 set:
deadlift 280
bench 190
full squat 185
then increase by 5 lbs
then when I am ready I will compete in a beginners powerlifting competition and kick all of the lightweight powerlifters ASSESS HELL YA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went to the YMCA in Salisbury today. Here is my lifting stats:
1/4 squat: 410 3 reps
hip sled : 400 3 reps
leg press: 520 3 reps
