20 rep squat
This week I discovered the 20 rep squat. This has been one of my productive weeks on the gym year. I started on sunday (home alone) with that freaky routine of doing curls and push up every 1/2 hour all day long. It sound crazy but my arms growuth 3/4 inches and receded 1/2, so, it was 1/4" net worth. pretty good for just one day of work. I mentally prepared for the big first day, I has been doing 3×5 sets with 185 pound, and ocassionally 205 pounds for 8 reps. So I decided to start with 155 as my starting point and go as far as possible on the next month and half. At first I was afraid, but the mind game is being controlled I ended the week squating the planned 165 and my legs looking and feeling as hard as rock. all my body got benefited of it. I deadlift on even days and do some front squat with narrow stance to increase the sweep. Just week one and results are amazing me.
