8 weeks worth of cutting.
total lost= 28.2 lbs
total lost waist= 4.8 inches
total lost body fat %= around 7-8% thats a hard one to get accurate measurements.
anyhow I am open to opinions and comments.

I am in the leaning up process and I am seeing great results. My concern when I begin to put on mass what will my pre and post workout nutrition look like. I feel that the 2 hours before a workout and the 2 hours post workout are vital. then adding an hour or so of weight training gives about 5 hours of opportunity to supplement and eat. what do you do in this vital period?
