I don’t know what was up with me, but I think I’ve finally got my motivation back to work out. For the next couple of weeks I am going to focus a good number of my workouts on back and chest development. Also, eating as much unprocessed food as possible and detox my body. Diet is always a hard part for me to watch now, mainly eating 5-6 times a day. I also have to watch more closely what I eat than I did in the past when I was running track because I’m not burning the calories, because I’m not on the track as much and I have a job instead of a few classes. I think I am going to have to get a workout partner to keep me on track and vice versa, but it’s hard because of my work schedule. Although sometimes I think I don’t need one, but I know I would have better gains if I had someone yelling at me to pump out 2 more reps when I’m ready to stop. But I am off to the gym before I sit here and don’t feel like moving.
