THE PROGRAM

been awhile since i posted a blog, so i figured since i am sitting here at work with not much to do, i would post a blog.

This blog finds me in a quite happy place as far as my workouts go. My buddy and I found a new workout plan on here, that we have been using for about a month now

 It is called THE PROGRAM, and it is a 5 day a week program. I must say that i am VERY pleased with the results so far. Not only am i starting to see some muscle growth and definition, but i have also been increasing my weights for every exercise week by week……i think switching up too this program was the best thing i have done for my body in a LONG time……now if i could just get this diet of mine squared away, i would be even better.

The Stack

I am posting this in hopes that someone can answer my question. My question is, what exactly does the BSN stack contain?? I have looked it up online and i keep seeing: Nitrix, CellMass and No-xplode. so i am just curious if there are DIFFERENT versions of the stack. the reason i ask is because one of my buddies who i workout with from time to time, wants us to BOTH start on the stack. But i wanna make sure i am getting everything that i need, nutrition wise. I know its a REALLY newbie question, and i feel totally stupid asking. but up to now, all i have been using is Protein. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated

I just gotta say that lately i have been feeling TOTALLY outta place here. I see all these other fellas with there new profile and progress pics, and all of them look WAY better than i do. I bust my ass everyday in the gym, and try my hardest too eat right. But it just seems i can’t ever seem to see a difference. I don’t know, maybe i am just being irrational. But i know one thing, i am VERY discouraged.

That time of year again

It is once again my FAVORITE time of year.  The weather is getting warmer, days are getting longer, and you can smell the adrenaline and testosterone in the air. If you guessed that its SOFTBALL time again, then you must enjoy this time of year also.

 Tonight is the first game of the season for my team. And this year i have stepped up and assumed the role as player personnel manager aka: COACH.  BUT don’t let that mislead you, i plan on getting my fair share of playing time, but as any good coach for an intramural league team should do, i plan on putting everyone into the game, regardless of their skill level.

 Last season the coach for our team had someone come up to him after the game and complain about being taken out of the game. The coach decided to keep that person in the ENTIRE game for the rest of the season. I am not gonna be that kind of dude…..if you complain about PT, then you can either get over it, or get out of my dugout. I have no room on my roster for crybabies.

 Well that is all for my rant abou this subject, i HOPE everyone has a great day….and keep pushing for the top of the mountain.

well after being out of commission for the past week, i finally got back into the gym last night. And i must say, I felt GREAT. I actually felt stronger and more energized then i had in awhile. I guess even when you are sick, your body is still recharging its batteries. SOOOOOO there you go, my newest post, it ain’t much, but its all i got………HOLLA

down with the sickness

well the sick bug has bit me HARDCORE. i have a DOUBLE ear infection. Which sucks because i can’t workout for this ENTIRE week, its killing me too. I was just starting to get back into the swing of working out and BAM!! out of nowhere comes this killer right hook.  Oh well, i will just have to hit the gym with a VENGEANCE next week (or as soon as i get back too good)

Back Again

Well its been quite awhile since i posted a blog, so i figured i would toss up a little sumtin sumtin.  My weight training has been going good. I am actually starting to see some gains in strength, i know once i lose some more of this bodyfat i will look as strong as i am getting.  That being said, i have set a goal too lose at least 3 lbs. by the end of this week.  I am TRYING too cut out all the "snacks" i have, but its alot harder then i thought it would be. I just have to stay focused and keep reminding myself that i am on a mission, and i have NEVER failed at accomplishing my mission.

Starting over

Well i have decided i am starting over with my working out and healthy living. I haven’t been in the gym for the last 3 weeks due too work and other commitments. So i have decided i am going to start over from the beginning. I am going to start eating all the right foods (once i figure out what those are), lifting properly and doing my cardio daily.  Well thats all for now, i just wanted to put something up here for people to read and laugh about.

Fell off

Well this weekend was not a good weekend as far as my diet goes. I feel off the wagon HARD.  It started on Friday night, when i got some Jack in the Box.  Then it continued into Saturday when i ate ALL my meals out.  Then Yesterday i got Jack in the Box AGAIN.  I need to get  back on my diet, i hate stepping on the scale and seeing a higher number than i did the last time i checked. Oh well, just another stumbling block on my way too my goals.

FRIDAY

TGIF!!!!!!!!!! this has been a LONG week. I am SOOOOOOOOOO stoked that it is FINALLY FRIDAY!!!!!!!!! the only thing that sucks is that i just looked into the weather forecast for this weekend, and its gonna rain ALL WEEKEND LONG.  which TOTALLY sucks. guess i will be spending a lot of extra time at the gym to occupy myself.  Either that or i will play MADDEN all weekend.  Not sure which one will happen, probably the gym though.  But anyways i woke up this morning before my alarm, which means i am SUPER well rested, i am SUPER stoked too be at work (which is VERY unusual).  Yesterday was my off day at the gym, so i am ready to hit it HARDCORE this afternoon, back and tri’s, i can’t wait.
