6 weeks out
I had 6 weeks left as of February 9. Everything has gone very well so far. I’ve been working 2 body parts a day since February 4th. I’ve been training Legs & Shoulders, Chest & Triceps, Back & Biceps. I’ll probably continue to train with this split until 3 weeks out, at which time I’ll train a single body part each day.
My diet has been working good, but it is time to buckle down. I will be more conscious of my serving sizes. I will begin to cut out my fruit and replace it with veggies. I will make these changes slowly, so I can see how my bady reacts. I don’t have much weight to lose, which makes it a little more tricky.
