so i just need to write down this stuff so i stay on track! last night i had a complete cheat meal, and the day before i had fast food every single meal of the day and mid night snack. i felt like shi* and i know i need to work it off. today i woke up about 11 and watched tv till 12:30 then i went to the gym about 2 and started working out then there was a tornado warning so i had to sit in the locker room for about 15 minutes then came back out and hit the weights. i lifted back and lats today for a soild hour and did abs for about 15 minutes. i have had:
1 scoop of pro-complex in water
2 scoops of pro-complex in water
6in oven rosted chick sandwhich from subway
about a gallon of water
today so pretty good! i need to intake some more calories and water and do cardio tonight but what a good recovery day!
