so i just need to write down this stuff so i stay on track! last night i had a complete cheat meal, and the day before i had fast food every single meal of the day and mid night snack. i felt like shi* and i know i need to work it off. today i woke up about 11 and watched tv till 12:30 then i went to the gym about 2 and started working out then there was a tornado warning so i had to sit in the locker room for about 15 minutes then came back out and hit the weights. i lifted back and lats today for a soild hour and did abs for about 15 minutes. i have had:

1 scoop of pro-complex in water

2 scoops of pro-complex in water

6in oven rosted chick sandwhich from subway

about a gallon of water

today so pretty good! i need to intake some more calories and water and do cardio tonight but what a good recovery day!

THE CUTTING CYCLE

Tomorrow morning i begin an intense 8 week cutting cycle my goal is to drop as much weight as possible and hopefully start to see my 6 pack. i will be lifting 5 days a week with cardio in the gym 3. i play hockey and am on the ice about 3-4 times a week which is also good cardio. im in a team sports class as well so that will help with cardio. my spilt is going to be as followed:

monday: Back, lats, abs

tuesday: chest, tris, cardio

wednesday: legs, calves, abs, cardio

thursday: biceps, forearms, abs, cardio

friday: traps, shoulders, abs

i plan on sticking to a good eating plan as well, with intaking about 2,000 GOOD calories a day, with 1.5 gallons of water. i will sunna 4 days a week to loose the water weight.

lets do it Johnny this is it! lets rage!

tonight was a goodwork out

i did some cardio and arms today and when i was done i weighed myself at the gym and it showed up at 233. im pretty impressed that means i have 33 more pounds to go then i should be good for MMA. im going to finish out this year strong. then once that ball hits a new clearner harder faster and more productive work out will begin. im also thinking about eating only organic food has anyone done this before?>

so tomorrow i am trying lipo 6x for the first time. i will be eating a strict diet with cardio everyday. drinking a gallon of water everyday and also staying away from soda. if you have any other suggestions please leave a comment.!

egg whites international!

so i got home from a looooong day of classes and i look on my door step and i see a box with a muscluar chicken on it! my eyes lit up! i got me egg whites today! i got 2 half gallons becuase i didnt know how much i would go through a week but i am pumped! i can add them to my protein shaje i can eat them in egg form. all i can say is im so happy i got them! go get em 50 bucks for 2 half gallons a pump and shipping!

DO WORK!

5 pounds a week is that possible?

 i am desperate. like skipping meals or what i really need to be down to 245 by sunday then hopfull 240 by the sunday after that. so i am looking at a 5 pund loss week for maybe 3 weeks is that possible?  i need to slim down for my MMA class so please help!

so this week i set a goal to lose three pounds. so tonight i will be doing cardio and sunna. so i will be very sweaty tonight! so wish me luck! i want my cheat day next week!

traning update

so i have been working out pretty good. trying to stick to my workouts and been eating alright but some days i just want to give up. i am always saying to myself who cares your never going to get the girl or get famous or anything. i need to get this outta my head and stay positive! i really like saying to myself: every drip of sweat, every ounce of water, and every rep i am getting cut and ripped so yea help me out people!!
