King Chest
What up BodySpace folks? Today was my chest day and I did extremly well. I’m not sure where I got the extra strength from today but I was kiling every excersise without breaking a sweat. Here is an overview. 275×10 on the flat bench. 225×10 on the incline. The entire rack on the peck deck for 12 reps. After i finished my chest routine, I found the energy to do 2 sets of 20 reps on the pullups. Damn i felt like a million dollars when I was done.
