Double Up!
Wow, what a day. Since I missed my leg day on monday due to my gym being closed for labor day, I was forced to do a leg/chest split today. I was a concerned about my stamina holding out but I actually did very well indeed. I maxed out at 460lbs. on squats witch I haven’t done in a long time and on bench I paused repped 335 for my last set. Not bad for a lil chicken leg hard gainer like myself.
