Just scratching the surface.
Monday, August 6th, 2007What up BodySpace peeps? I’m happy to report all has been going well with my newly invigorated workout and diet. I’ve been pushing myself to get a few more reps in every lift and I’ve been eating consistanly every 2 hours no matter what is going on during my day. The main subject of my blog today is my diet. At my gym there is a body builder there named David Pulcinella. He is HUGE and very knowlegable on every aspect of body sculpting. Unlike some other body builders in my gym he is very approachable and jumps at the chance to asist others in any department of working out or dieting. To make a long story short, he asked me what diet was like for one week. I explaind to him the large quantities of chicken breast, tuna and oatmeal that I consume through out the week. After so proudly describe my diet, Dave revealed to me that what I eat in a week is what he consumes in a day. I was crushed. I thought I was really saying something. Instantly I realized that I need to step my eating game up. I need to get a job on a chicken farm. And then put a pond in my back yard in which I can raise tuna fish. Nuff Said. Now where did I put my shovel?
