What’s up BodySpace people? Let me say that I am astonished by the shape, conditioning and dedication of everyone on this site. Also it’s refreshing to see people helping other people with advice and helpful comments.  Well My birthday was on June 30^th and to my delight I received a TKO home pull-up bar. In a matter of minutes I had installed it in a door way and complete 2 sets. I love this thing. Now if someone would buy me a home SQUAT RACK. J Or a how calve raise machine.
