Day in the Life of C.L.R.
Tuesday, July 24th, 2007Good day to all! I hope that whomever is reading this post has had the pleasure of enduring through a gut wrenching, muscle swelling workout today. I also hope you have been sticking to your diets, maintaining a low body fat percentage, while taking in the proper ratio of proteins and carbohydrates. Well I’ve been asked a few times about what exactly it is I do or did to pack on weight. What I intend to do is give a peek in to what a typical Tuesday is like for me. I hope this helps you or at least inspires you to reach your physical goals.
5am – 6am – Wake up, take care of my hygiene, boil 8 eggs, start my oatmeal, grab 3 chicken breast from the fridge which I prepare my the pack every Sunday, do 4 sets of push ups and pull-ups and get ready for work.
7am – arrive at work, eat my oatmeal
9am – scarf down my eggs
1130am – lunch, which usually is a turkey sub(small)
2pm – Chicken breast and a piece of bread
4pm – Chicken breast and piece of bread
430pm – leave work and drink my no-xplode
530pm – Pick up my son from day care
545pm - Hit the gym –CHEST DAY!!!!!!!!!!
First routine is Flat Bench – 5 sets 225X12 / 275X6 / 295×3 / 295×3 / 315×1. Every rep is a PUASE REP. My pause is for 3 seconds. Next I do incline dumbbells, cable cross, decline hammer strength and a dip/pull-up combo super set.
645pm – head home, drinking a protein/carbohydrate shake and some createne. Once I’m home, I have an additional chicken breast.
That’s my day in a nut shell. Please give me some feed back. It’s not everyday that I get to stick to my diet as strict as I would like. Sometimes life gets in the way. I hope this helps those who are looking to find a starting point in their road to becoming that physical beast that they are reaching for. Have a great day/night!
