Well I set my page up only a few days ago and I must say that I am very impressed and pleased by what I’ve seen and expereinced thus far. Everyone seems very genuine and down to earth. Not to mention focused on improving their physical situations. It’s nice to find other gym rats out there who live for that pump that only can be acheived by hammering sets in the gym. As for myself, I’m the defintion "Hard Gainer". I’m in desperate need of a change to my diet so that I can pack on some solid mass and keep it on. Do you have any suggestions? I’m all ears.
