February 26, 2008Hey B Space Gang! Well it has been a while since I’ve had a revelation in my workout/diet routine so I’ve been absent from the blog scene. Finally I have something worth posting. In the last month I’ve noticed a stall in my growth and strength. I was eating right(so I thought) and I was consistant in the gym. So why the lag in my progression? It was getting very fustrating. Well To make a long story short,I had to re-evaluate my entire situation. I came to realize that my two workout partners were slowing me down. So with on confrence call—I cut them off. Since that confrence call, my workouts have taken half the time to complete and twice as intenese. Then I had to evaluate my eating situation. NOT ENOUGH CALORIES!!!! So I started carefully to count my calories more percisely. Now I take in 400 calories a meal and my mix of carbs, protein and fat are better. NOW, i have gone up 7.5 pounds in body weight and my lifts have gotten stronger by the day. Hopefully this is the begining of something good;like me finally getting on stage. One Love!
