Saturday, May 17th, 2008It’s been 10 months since my last post and I’m just now able to work outout with no pain. As you can tell my few workouts have been extremely inconsistent and pretty much non-existent. I found a new chiropracter who has helped correct my posture and has started assisiting me with retraining my muscles (especicially my lats), which so far has eliminated the numbing headaches, and constant pressure on my neck. At this time I can finally get back in the gym, but I have to stick with pull exercises, push ups, and minor resistant exercises. My patience is causing some issues. I love training hard and this ‘taking it easy,’ even after missing all this time in the gym drives me nuts, but I promised to do it right, so I’ll try.
