Night Off!
Well tonight is my night off. Four great workouts including 2 pretty heavy leg workouts. I’m finally feeling pretty confident at the gym and am actually going to start throwing in shrugs again as well. If it hurts I’ll stop. I never did add in lunges so I’ll have to do that in my next workout.
I am also thinking about putting in a seperate day for arms instead of doing them with chest and back. I had great growth when I did a routine of 4 supersets (a bi/tri combo). By the end my arms were spent. So even though I add a day it would actually keep each workout to about 45 minutes unless I also do cardio. In that case I would be out in under an hour and a half. I’ll see how things go. I may have to wait until the summers over, but I’ll see what I can juggle.
I’m just going to sit back tonight and watch the finale of SYTYCD, relax and escape once the Cowboys Training camp comes on. I love football, but my husband is, at times, a little intense when it comes to his team.
Delts and Traps tomorrow and chest again on Friday (if I have a car to get to the gym.)
