Great workouts the past 2 days. Do to it being summer and my last week at work before vacation last week was not good (all those commitments that seem to crop up {horrible excuse -and I know it doesn’t cut it}), but … ok it’s my fault.
But chest/bi’sĀ and back went great. My weights are going up, forms good, and I have no pain in the gym in the neck or head (more from trying to read at the beach).
I haven’t busted out my belt or straps yet. I’m hesitant that I’ll overdo it, but I also know that I will make better gains. We’ll see…
