I’ll post the diet I plan on following for this years show. It is taken from Labrada’s Get Lean Kit. Worked well in the past. I am just making a few minor adjustments this year.
Meal 1
1 Scoop Myofusion
2.9 oz dry oatmeal
Meal 2-5
3.75 oz of chicken
2 cups of rice
1 cup green veg
Meal 6
8 oz egg whites
3 oz dry oatmeal

After two years of experimenting with HIT training and other similar forms (DC) I am moving back to a more volume oriented approach. I have made the switch and in the last couple weeks have notice dramatic results. My muscles are harder and fuller. I was wondering if anyone else had experiences to share with regards to HT training.
