Good work with the cardio- thats how I lost 106 pounds by doing cardio, cardio, cardio!

MY advice to you is to keep doing the cardio but SWITCH MACHINES so that your body does not get accustomed to your treadmill.
I hit a bad slump when I was doing HIT cycling and did that 6 days each week. I got used to it and completely stopped losing weight. Once I switched over to the stepper, I started losing again. Now i switch machines each time I do cardio and so far, so good!
Keep up the great work and keep me posted!

Can you help me please. I also love cardio training and am trying to lose bodyfat. I currently have started doing HIIT training 5 days a week at a moderate pace on my treadmill and its only been 2 weeks but Im starting to feel great. Should I continue my HIIT daily or split it up. So far so good, besides a few shin splints, but I have that under control now. Im a BIG guy, but I love to run, ok jog. What do you recommend?
