Hey Racer,

Thanks for your comment bro. I have been keeping your progress in check and you are coming along remarkably. However, Never say never. You can accomplish anything you want to do and there is nothing stopping you.

There are 2 mottos that I have adopted in my life that really made a difference.
#1. Pray, hope and don't worry.
#2. Nothing is Impossible

You must feel great about all you have accomplished and it is well deserved. Keep doing what you are doing and things will go your way!

Hope that you are having a great weekend!.

Your progress is remarkable!!! I felt the same way by getting on bodyspace, especially adding a picture. But I check it every chance I get for motivation and encouragement. I may never accomplish what you have, especially with your high level of determination, but will still keep moving forward. Will be watching you as you go to that next level!

Thanks light_v2,

I agree with you 100%. I have made some awesome friends here and couldnt have gone as far as I did without their help and support.

As for the cheat day- well today is my cheat day. In fact it is going to be MY LAST CHEAT DAY, because after I start my new routine on Monday my cheat days are over and thats OK. Its cool because not having a cheat means that I will be focusing stronger on my new goal to add 20 pounds of muscle. I'm gonna do it watch me!

Hope that you have a great weekend too bro!
All the best!

hey guys, i feel your pain!!! i was 209, that's not saying much, til u lok that i'm 5'7..LOL

anyway, the 2+ years i have been here, have been FANTASTIC!! all the people i have met, become "friends" with, and the motivation from each of these people on here has been more than satisfying.

When it comes to your diet, u KNOW when u screw it up, if you've come this far, you're doing good and should BENEFIT from a good ole fashioned cheat day...ENJOY it! YOU DESERVE IT! Don't feel bad about it at all.

You just get your butt back into the gym, and get your routine going, and don't forget to mix it up, your muscles will thank you for it later!!

later, have a great weekend!

Dave, when I started out on this site at 270 pounds I had a lot of trepidations too. I never thought anyone would care about what I was doing here- who would give a crap about some 270 pound fat dude. I was wrong.
Looking back, it was one of the best decisions that I could have made.
Ironically, the the bb.com amateur of the week who introduced me to Bodyspace never visits the site anymore either.
Thanks for your comment and continued support.
All the best!

I do feel the same way actually. I entered the site with some trepidation, but wouldn't go back to my pre-bodyspace days for anything now. Oddly enough the guy who introduced me to Bodyspace never visits it anymore...
