Time for a new belt and a new pair of jeans

As a result of being on a high protein diet along with taking omega 3 fish oil with each meal for the past 3 weeks,  I had another unexpected result.  The 10 additional pounds that I lost during this time made a difference.

My size 32 waist wrangler regular jeans have gotten too big and I went down another notch in my belt.  The 32 wranglers are literally falling  off of me. Since losing more weight I am on my 7th belt and it is time for a new one.  Will check out the size 30 wranglers this week

Great progress! I have only dropped one pants size and new belt - 7 is truly impressive. Best of luck with your goals!

Hmm. Size 32 pants. I honestly can’t imagine ever being able to wear size 32 pants. In fact, I think I hatched, and right out of the egg I wore size 36 (and went UP, UP, UP from there).

You’re definitely kicking butt, Joe! Congrats on 10 pounds in 3 weeks. Holy cow, that’s amazing when you’re already so light. I’m a bit jealous at the loss that fast. Wow.

    Hey thanks Kulzor.

I attribute my recent weight loss to the Omega 3 oil taken with each meal. During that time, I ate super clean all protein and drank a lot of water each day. I did make it down to a 30 waist and haven’t been this low since high school and its pretty cool.
Looks like you are making excellent progress as well. 10 pounds each month that you are achieving is a good safe weight loss rate.
    Thanks again.
