February 18th Journal Entry
My day started off great. I dropped another pound down 97 with 3 more to go. My knee was a little swollen from last nights Hit cardio. Decided to take the day off from the gym and break up the routine.
Had dinner at the Chinese buffet but stuck to the diet and munched on steamed chicken, shrimp, clams and vegetables and a little grilled beef with green bell pepper. I love won ton soup but I decided to pass on it. I tried out the sushi without the rice and it wasn’t too bad.
The glucosamine that I have been taking has really helped out my shoulder. Hopefully it will be healed up completely in a few more weeks.
Tomorrow it is back to the routine.

ALMOST THERE BUDDY !!!!!!!
I’ve been buried this wek on vacation, spending mon - weds with my son and wife.
having a blast, monday was out of control .
my moms boyfreind volliterred ( sp) to come down ( over 1 hr drive ) and help with the stone rack , great guy (61) but WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY
to anal and turtle slow , rack should of been done. but that’s ok ,
tues we went out basic shopping and i’m a massive bargain hunter . NEVER pay full price if i dont have to , times are tight .
weds justin and i had a blast, went shopping some more, had lunch at 5 guys burger and fries. FINALLY got a copy of dark knight FULL screen from best buy .
DAY by day week by week , yuor doing great
Today i finish up everything . make more vids , justin will be with my in laws, all day,
wife workingall day ( thurs)
ill get a ton done .
