The price of one doughnut
I got up early today and had to head out fast to have the oil changed and the tires rotated on my car. Didn’t have time for breakfast and I reluctantly had a free doughnut at the auto shop. It was one of those cake doughnuts with the white filling. First one I have had in a long time. I ate clean for the rest of the day. But having that doughnut made me feel like like crap along with a lot of guilt afterwards. I was determined to burn it off and I think I succeeded.
This is the price I paid for one doughnut:
THE STEP MACHINE: 1 hour, 10,027 steps, 585 calories burned. This will serve as a good reminder of the price I will have to pay if I cheat. It won’t happen again.

I totally understand what you mean. I used to be really good when eating out but last time I did I treated myself even though I did the same thing only a month ago. I splurged on chips and salsa and some fried chicken sandwich/breaded chicken. I felt like crap afterwards not wanting to move. My clothes didn’t feel tight but I felt so bloated. It is so better to stick to the plan. Even though I didn’t gain any weight I felt heavy. There are so many good foods clean eating has there really is no need to go back. I haven’t had pizza in months and I really don’t miss it and I used to make homemade stuffed crust pizza every Sunday!

Doing great Jim. You should be proud of your accomplishments, just don’t kill your self in th proces. Those cake donuts are terrible, but if it was a krispy kream I think that you would have felt better. LOL.
