Down 35 pounds

Lost 35 pounds to date.  Have gone from my starting weight of 270 to presently 235.  Bodyfat down from 38% to 30%.  Cardio twice a day and keeping carbs really low and eating 6 times each day is paying off.  Had to cut another hole in my belt. 35 pounds down with 60 more to go.  My clothes are getting really big.  With the motivation and support of the friends that I have made here, I am turning my goals into reality.

    I am staying focused and committed and hopefully will hit my 50 pound milestone weight loss mark before the end of April.
